At Concept Advice SL we dedicate to the realization of rheological analyses to study the injection processes and provide improvements from the beginning that have an impact on the product, mould and the injection process.
From the client 3D design we proceed to do a mesh and program the injection calculation according to our experience and with the client agreement. Iterative calculations are made until a good optimization and the preset target are achieved.
During the analysis, improvements are proposed to all levels (product, mould, process) in order to optimize the final results.
